After graduating at Liceo Classico Bartolomeo Zucchi, in 1983 he graduated in Business Economics – specializing in Liberal Professions – at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi; he has been registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Monza and Brianza since 1984 and in the Order of Auditors since 1995.
Thanks to the experience he has gained over the years, he has consolidated skills in the areas of Family Business consulting, generational transitions, corporate governance, extraordinary transactions, as well as in the more traditional sectors of the activities relating to the profession of chartered accountant (business, tax and corporate consulting).
He is a current member (four-year period 2017/2020) of the Board of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Monza and Brianza, and was Chairman of the Auditors of the same Association (public accounting) in the four-year period 2013/2016.
He is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Standing Auditor and Auditor of several industrial, commercial and financial companies and non-profit organisations.
