He earned a Law degree from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and was admitted to the legal profession in 1968. He has been a cassationist since 1983 with enrolment in the Lawyers’ Register of Milan.

At Nexta he is head of the department of the civil law and litigation.

He has taken part in national arbitration proceedings as party arbitrator and defender.
