Paolo Venturini has been working in the SME consulting sector since 2001, initially focusing on Business Consulting in the field of Industrial Planning, development processes, and corporate restructuring, budgeting, and Management Control.
Since 2008, he has been licensed as a Chartered Accountant and statutory auditor, gaining experience in tax and fiscal matters, also dealing with the planning and management of Extraordinary Operations, both as an advisor and as a technical expert tasked with drafting appraisals and evaluations of Companies, Business Units, and Business Leases.
Since 2009, he has been collaborating with the Pisa Court with appointments as Bankruptcy Trustee and Judicial Commissioner.
Since 2015, he has developed specialized skills in the specific segment of Innovative Start-Ups, with a particular focus on the establishment phases and capital operations, having already served as a consultant for innovative Start-Ups located at the Navacchio Technological Pole (PI).
He is currently a partner and CFO of two innovative Start-Ups operating in the nautical sector.
